  1. I love love love some of the things on your list.

I will not make a list so I don’t offend.

  2. Movies
    -District 9
-Alice in Wonderland (I know its not out yet, just don’t get the hype)

    Books
-I’m with you on “A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius” (I think I bought it about 10 years ago b/c I thought the cover/blurb was cool and have never finished.)
    -The Kite Runner

    Food
    -cheese
    -coffee

    Photography
    -lensbabies

Something that I’m probably not supposed to like, but I’m in LOVE with:
Learn From My Fail! Thanks so much for posting this link, I am very much enjoying it now too. :)

  3. Unlike William, I am ready and willing to offend. ;)

    My list is as follows:

    - Movies from the 80′s (see: Goonies, Spaceballs, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off)
    - Goat cheese
    - Bob Seger
    - the color red
    - books by Zadie Smith
    - yogurt (yes, even frozen)
    - Manhattan (too many bad experiences – this has nothing to do with the lovely people I know who live there, and love it)

  4. I think O Brother Where Art Thou is the ONLY movie I have ever turned off and never gone back to…about 20 minutes into it.

Please tell me you like to drink water. :-)

I’m not a fan of the Star Wars movies or Harry Potter books. I can appreciate them I guess, but they just aren’t my cup of tea. Also, The Office.

I may have to do a similar post…

  5. Sooo…
Movies: Stars War, Food: corn, cooked carrots, olives, melon, bananas, pumpkin, taragon..

  6. Forrest Gump
    Hot wings
    Hoodies

  7. We’re “supposed” to like Def Leopard? This I did not know.

I don’t like corn, cantaloupe, BBQ sauce, soup, Star Wars, March Madness, karaoke, or American Idol.

  8. I don’t like Casablanca either, or goat cheese. I also don’t like mushrooms.

  9. You crack me up.

    Hmmm…let’s see. Mine are:

    Bruce Springsteen
    Elvis Costello
    Any of the CSIs
Any of the Law and Orders
    Dexter
So you think you can dance?
    Survivor
    Fiction books
    Asparagus
    Caviar
    Champagne
    Beer
    Meat
    Skinny jeans
    Low Rise Jeans
    Accessories
    Crash (movie)
    There will be blood
    Vicky Christina Barcelona

Like you I’m sure I will think of more. Perhaps you could make this an ongoing feature like ‘things I like’.

  10. Not sure what’s on my list but I am just so relieved not to be the only one who doesn’t like goat cheese.

  11. the Super Bowl
    “American Idol”
    Lexus automobiles (too cramped)
    Root Beer
    Joe Biden

  12. Here’s my list.

    Project Runway
    Survivor
    Lost
    Goat cheese
    Crunchy peanut butter
    Skinny Jeans
    Jerry McGuire
Jon and Kate Plus 8 (although who likes them?)
    Twitter

  13. Not quite sure why my previous one didn’t post… anyway, here goes.

    Lost
    The Sopranos
    Jerry McGuire
    Goat cheese – AGREED!
    Chinese food

  14. Tomatoes
    Onions
    Cooked fruit
    Cold fruit
    Sweet food
    TV
    The English Patient
    Having lots of “stuff”
    Alcohol
    Low necklines (really low)
    Dressing up
    Culture
    The Poisonwood Bible
    Wearing make-up

    Thanks Torrie. That was fun!

  15. The only thing on your list that upsets me is “Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?”…one of my favorite movies. I’ll refrain from poking you about it relentlessly, however, because I do hate that.

I can’t even come up with a list right now. I’m too busy wondering about yours. LOL. You don’t eat pie, then?

    *shutting up now*

  16. Oh! Number one thing on my list of things I hate that I’m supposed to like:

    IKEA.

    Don’t get me started.

  17. For me usually, its any day other than a weekend.

    Sadie at heyMamas

  18. Cooked fruit! Finally someone who understands. I’m a bona fide fat girl who doesn’t like 99.9% of pie. No cooked fruit, no pie crust. Grandmother’s graham cracker crust lemon meringue only, which I last had… um… 2+ years ago.

    It blows most people’s minds.

  19. I’ve been a lurker for about two years now, but I haven’t stopped by in about half that. I am THRILLED to see how gorgeous a small person Willow is turning out to be. You and your husband should write books on how to produce stunning children. It’s also lovely to see there’s someone out there who considers animals to be so deserving of camera time. And your photography is pristine, warm, and encouraging.

I’ll leave two items for my own “Supposed” To list, but I warn you, they’re controversial and no one ever likes to hear them.

    Potatoes.
    Facebook.

  20. I accidentally just called your daughter “Willow” when I’m ashamed to realize her name is the much lovelier Willa. My apologies.

    I’m blushing profusely.

  21. Hi! This is great time of confession :)

    I would have to say…

Movies: Love Actually, Fight Club, Breakfast at Tiffany’s
Food: Honey, Olives, Coffee (although I’ll drink it. Like medicine), Onions
Books: Harry Potter, To Kill a Mockingbird, Tom Sawyer/Huck Finn
    Music: U2, Muse, Coldplay

I think this is ok though, right? Makes us all unique people with varied interests… or something.
